Die Aufgabe
People who look for a physiotherapist rarely start with the name of a procedure. They start with a problem: back pain, a painful knee, a shoulder after sport. The FizioBalance website needed to meet visitors at that point, explain which treatments can help, and make the next step — a consultation request — simple and quick.
We developed the public website and an administration panel. The public side combines the clinic's presentation, services, symptoms, treatment equipment, prices, the specialist's profile, reviews, a blog and frequently asked questions. On the clinic side, the team needed a place to manage that content in several languages and to process incoming requests without losing track of any of them.
It was important to see the website as part of the clinic's patient acquisition, not only as a brochure. The clinic invests in Google Ads, Meta and other channels, and needs to know which of them lead to real appointments. We therefore considered both sides: how a visitor finds the right treatment and gets in touch, and how the team follows up on that request and understands where it came from.

In the visual approach, we sought a balance between a sense of care and a clear, modern clinic. Fresh green tones, a warm orange accent and a light background establish the project's colour language, with an optional dark theme. Photography shows real treatments, but it sits alongside plain explanations of what each procedure does and who it is for. The aim was a calm presentation in which the visual impression supports trust and the decision to book.
In the content structure, the connection between problems and solutions matters. Each symptom page links to the services and equipment that address it, and each service links back to the symptoms it treats. Visitors can move from "my knee hurts" to a specific treatment, its price and a booking request in a few steps.
The next step also matters for the clinic's work. A request arrives with the service of interest, the preferred way of contact and the language, together with the marketing context of the visit: channel, campaign and ad click identifiers. The team sees which channels bring requests and, after a deal is closed, how much revenue each channel generates.
- We developed the website design and a structure suited to its content in Latvian, Russian and English. One website brings together the clinic's presentation and the information a patient needs to choose a treatment.
- We built linked catalogues of services, symptoms and treatment equipment, together with a price list, the specialist's profile, FAQ and a blog. Each page leads towards a consultation request.
- We connected the contact form to the administration panel. Email notifications to the team, an automatic reply to the patient and Telegram notifications make sure every request is seen quickly.
- We built lead attribution: UTM parameters and click identifiers from Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Ads are stored with each request, while organic, referral and direct visits are recognised automatically.
- We created a CRM view with request statuses, deal values and a dashboard showing requests over time, status distribution and closed deals by channel.
- We integrated Google reviews, provided content and translation management, user roles, change history and GDPR data retention. Technical SEO foundations, server-side rendering and redirects help the website's information reach search engines.
- An administration panel where the clinic team can edit content and manage languages, handling most everyday changes without developer assistance.
- Development of a unified analytics dashboard with key performance indicators (KPIs) and Google Ads, Meta and TikTok data integrations. Channel data is brought together for review alongside enquiry information.
- Technologies: Vue, Inertia.js, Vite, Laravel, Filament, Tailwind CSS
Ergebnis
FizioBalance gained a shared environment for presenting the clinic and organising patient enquiries. Visitors can start from their symptom, learn about the treatments and equipment, compare prices and send a consultation request in their own language.
The clinic team can manage content, follow up on every request and see which advertising channels lead to real appointments. This connects what people see on the public website with the clinic's daily work and marketing decisions. The design's value lies in keeping a calm, trustworthy identity even in sections where visitors need detailed information and a clear next step.
Administration and analytics connect everyday content management with data-informed decisions. The clinic team maintains website information independently, while we develop advertising-channel integrations to make the main indicators available in one working environment.
