Digitalisation funding

From eligibility to a delivered system

We prepare the technical information needed to assess and implement the project, from eligibility review to completion documents

  1. Eligibility

We compare the project against the open programme: who may apply, which costs are eligible, what co-funding is expected, and what the deadline really is

  2. Project concept

The business goal written as a project a reviewer can assess: scope, expected outcome, and the measurable result the funding is meant to produce

  3. Technical specification

Architecture, integrations, data, security and the reasons for each technical choice, documented for the application

  4. Budget

A cost breakdown that matches the specification line by line, separating eligible from non-eligible costs before submission rather than after

  5. Delivery

We build what the application described. The same team that wrote the technical part is the one that implements it

  6. Documentation

The reporting evidence the programme requires at the end: what was delivered, against what was promised

Plan your project before the application deadline

Send us your project idea in good time. We will review how it fits the programme requirements and what technical information the application needs
