FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how a project starts, what we build, how long it takes and what it costs. Written in plain words, without technical jargon
Quick overview
What working with us looks like
You tell us the goal
What you want to achieve, roughly by when, and what you already have. That is enough to begin
We agree on a plan
We look into it, propose a way forward, then design and build it with you along the way
Support after launch
Updates, fixes and new features. You are never left alone with a system you cannot maintain
Getting started
What we need from you before the first conversation, and who we work with
What do I need to prepare before the first call?
Just tell us what you want to achieve and roughly by when. If you already have a website, a link is enough. Screenshots, notes or examples you like are welcome, but nothing is required. We will ask about the rest ourselves
Can you work on a website we already have?
Yes. We can review it, refresh the design, rebuild it, make it faster or add new parts. Starting over from scratch is one option, not the only one, and we will tell you honestly which makes more sense
Do you only work with companies in Latvia?
No. Our office is in Riga, and we work across Latvia and the rest of the European Union. Most of the work happens online, so distance is not a problem
Can we start with process analysis only?
Yes. You can commission process analysis separately. We review your workflows, systems and data flows, identify the main problems, and prepare priorities, requirements and an implementation plan. This helps establish what to build first
Can we test an idea before full development?
Yes. We can create a clickable prototype, a technical proof of concept or a minimum viable product (MVP). We select the essential features, test the approach and prepare a roadmap for further development
What we build
The kind of work we take on, and how much of it one team can cover
What can you actually build for us?
Websites, online shops, internal tools and the software behind them. We also do branding, connect the systems you already use to each other and automate the repetitive work your team does by hand
Do you handle the design too, or only the programming?
Both. The same team plans the structure, designs how it looks, builds it and puts it live. You do not need to hire a separate designer and a separate developer and keep them in sync
Can you connect it to the tools we already use?
Usually yes. Accounting software, customer databases, warehouses, payment providers and reporting tools can be linked so information moves between them on its own instead of being copied by hand
Do you use WordPress or build custom solutions?
Both. A website can use WordPress, Wix, Mozello or a custom solution. The choice depends on features, content management, integrations and plans for growth. A simple website and a complex business platform may need different approaches
Can you build a website in several languages?
Yes. We plan language versions, content structure and management around your target markets. For public websites, this also includes keyword research for each market and language, and technical settings that help search engines understand the language versions
Can an online shop sell services and subscriptions too?
Yes. An e-commerce solution can include consultations, bookings, subscriptions and digital products. We plan payments, order management, invoices and connections to other systems around your business needs
What business tasks can AI help with?
Examples include handling customer questions, finding information in company documents and automating document data entry. We start by reviewing processes, data quality and access. A pilot lets us assess usefulness and output quality before a wider rollout
Can you help with SEO and measuring results?
Yes. We offer keyword research, technical SEO, content and localisation planning, and analytics and conversion tracking setup. We tailor the scope to your goal, such as receiving more enquiries or increasing purchases
Timelines and collaboration
How long a project takes, how much of your time we need and what happens after launch
How long will it take?
A small improvement can take days. A new website usually takes weeks. A large system takes months. The honest answer depends on the size of the job, so you get a date once we understand what you actually need
How much of my time will this take?
Less than most people expect. We come to you when a decision is genuinely needed, show progress as it happens, and handle the rest ourselves. You will not be chasing us for updates
What happens after it goes live?
We can keep looking after it: updates, fixes, monitoring, content changes and new features when the business needs them. If you would rather maintain it yourself, we hand everything over documented
Can existing data and content be moved during a rebuild?
Yes. We first review existing content, data and integrations, then prepare a migration plan. For public websites, we also plan redirects from old addresses and the transfer of SEO settings. The scope depends on the existing system and available data
Can you also handle hosting and backups?
Yes. We can help select and configure hosting, set up the domain and a secure connection, and arrange backups and monitoring. We agree on the infrastructure and ongoing support according to the project’s needs
Pricing, security and contracts
How we calculate costs, who can access your data and what our agreements cover
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed price list, because a simple landing page and a booking system are not the same job. Tell us what you need and you get a written price before any work starts. No surprise invoices later
Who has access to our accounts and data?
Only the people working on your project, and only to what the work actually requires. The accounts stay in your company name, we write down everything we set up, and full control returns to you when we finish
Can we sign an NDA or a contract?
Yes. Every paid project starts with a written offer or a contract, so both sides know what is agreed. We can sign a confidentiality agreement before you share anything sensitive with us
Can employees have different access permissions?
Yes. Business systems and portals can include user roles so each person can access their part of the work. During analysis, we establish who needs to view or change specific data and where an activity history is needed
Question not answered here?
Write a few sentences about what you need and by when. You get a straight answer from a person, not a sales pitch
