Public sector
Digital systems for state and local government
We build digital systems for public institutions with accessibility, security, documentation and long-term maintenance planned from the start
Who this is for
Institutions we build for
- Ministries and state agencies
- Municipalities and their departments
- Schools, colleges and universities
- Hospitals and healthcare providers
Key requirements for public sector projects
We plan the solution around the institution’s needs and procurement requirements. These are the main areas we address
- 01
Everyone can use it
People who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader or need high contrast have to be able to do everything on the site. We build to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard from the first day and check it on every release, rather than auditing at the end when fixing it is expensive
- 02
The data stays safe
Each person sees only what their role allows, every important action is recorded, and personal data is handled so the system passes a real security review rather than a checklist
- 03
It talks to your other systems
We connect to state registers and to the systems the institution already runs. We also write down what happens when the other side is unavailable, because that is the day it matters
- 04
Everything is written down
How the system is built, how the data is structured, how it is installed and how it is handed over, written while the work is happening. A tender asks for this as a deliverable, so it is not left until the end
- 05
Someone answers afterwards
A written maintenance and support arrangement, so the institution knows who to call and how quickly they answer once the project is closed
- 06
We know the paperwork
We prepare the technical part of the bid: the specification, the architecture and the reasoning behind each choice, in the form the evaluation committee expects to read
Good to know
The same rules in healthcare, transport and education
Public institutions work across healthcare, transport, education and other fields. We adapt each solution to the institution’s services, procurement requirements and day-to-day processes
Send the tender, or an early draft of it
We will tell you plainly whether the requirements can be built as they are written, which parts need clarifying, and what the technical section of the bid should contain. No obligation to work with us afterwards
