The brief
BUYONE describes itself as an “operating system for city life”: a place to find company, experts and ready-made leisure scenarios, from business dinners to a parachute jump. The platform serves two audiences at once. Guests want to find and book something nearby without unnecessary calls and messages, while Hosts want a ready-made way to turn their knowledge and lifestyle into income.
We built a public website that presents the platform to both sides, with separate explanations of how guests book and how Hosts start earning, pages on services, pricing and commissions, frequently asked questions, a blog, careers and a full set of legal and policy pages. Behind it, we created an administration panel where the team can follow statistics, manage blog posts, testimonials, users and site settings, and work with incoming enquiries.
The website is designed to be maintained by the BUYONE team themselves. Page texts and images can be edited directly on the page, app store and social media links are managed from the settings, and the site can be switched into maintenance mode while the administration area remains available.
What we delivered
We created a bright, friendly visual style built around a rose red accent for buttons and links, supported by indigo and magenta tones and soft pink-to-lilac gradients, with near-black typography on white. The site follows a consistent design system of typography, rounded cards and buttons, and also offers a dark theme.
The core of the website is the explanation of how the platform works. Step-by-step sections show guests how to create a profile, find an offer, book and pay online, and show Hosts how to register, add services and schedules, receive bookings and build a reputation. The pricing page sets out the commission model plainly, and the security sections describe identity verification and payment holding until a meeting is successfully completed. These details matter, because a new booking service has to earn trust before visitors install the app.
The next step for a visitor is the mobile app. Download buttons and a QR code lead to the App Store and Google Play, and a single download link recognises the visitor's device and sends them to the correct store. Visitors who have questions can use the contact form, and the team receives and answers these enquiries from the administration panel.
- We developed a multilingual public website in Latvian, English and Russian, with Latvian as the primary language. Each page is available under its own language address, so visitors can switch language at any point.
- We built clear guest and Host journeys on the home page and dedicated pages for how it works, services, pricing, FAQ, blog, careers and contact. Legal pages cover privacy, terms, cookies, data processing and intellectual property.
- We connected app downloads to the website through store buttons, a QR code and a device-aware download link. Download clicks for iOS and Android are recorded so the team can see how visitors move towards the app.
- We created an administration panel with statistics, blog management, testimonials, user management and site settings. Page texts and images can be edited in place, without a developer.
- We connected the contact form to email notifications for the team and a confirmation for the sender, with reCAPTCHA protection against spam. The team can read and reply to each enquiry from the administration panel.
- We provided search engine and sharing support with a generated sitemap, structured data, social preview images, cookie consent and a dark theme. We also added a machine-readable summary of the site for AI assistants.
- Technologies: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, reCAPTCHA
Result
BUYONE gained a website that presents a new type of service to two different audiences and turns interest into app installations. The team can manage texts, images, blog posts, testimonials and store links themselves, follow download and sign-up activity, and handle enquiries in one place.
Visitors can understand how BUYONE works, what it costs Hosts and how payments are protected, in their own language, and then reach the right app store in one step. The visual identity and the clear explanations work together with the administration tools, so the platform's presentation can grow and change as the service develops.
