The brief
When choosing a home, buyers consider several things at once: the apartment itself, the building, the neighbourhood and the progress of the development. The Piekrasta Rezidence website needed to show this wider picture while allowing visitors to reach a specific property and send an enquiry to the sales team.
We developed the public website and an administration panel. The public side combines the development's presentation, apartment and parking listings, galleries, neighbourhood information and other sections relevant to buyers. On the company side, the team needed a place to manage properties, their statuses, content and incoming customer or investor enquiries.
It was important to see the website as an offering that changes over time. Buyers need current prices and availability, and the team must be able to update that information. We therefore considered both sides: how visitors understand the offering and how the people responsible for sales maintain it every day. Design and data management address the same shared task in this project.
What we delivered
In the visual approach, we sought a balance between the feeling of a home and a clear structure for the offering. Warm brown tones, a dark teal accent and a light background establish the project's colour language. Images introduce the development and its surroundings, but they need to sit alongside clear information that helps buyers assess a particular apartment. The aim was a consistent, calm presentation in which the visual impression supports the choice.
In the apartment catalogue, differences between properties matter. The building, floor, area, layout, price and availability give buyers a basis for comparison. In considering usability, we aimed to maintain a clear connection between the development's overall presentation and these specific details. Visitors need to be able to move from interest in the project to interest in an apartment that suits them.
The next step also matters in the sales process. Prospective buyers can send an enquiry, while a waiting list is useful for reserved properties. The administration panel and communication integrations connect these actions to the company team's work. This makes the project presentation, updates to the offering and follow-up on enquiries part of one process.
- We developed the website design and a structure suited to its content in Latvian, English and Russian. One website brings together the project presentation and the information needed to choose a property.
- We built an apartment catalogue organised by building and floor. Area, price, floor plan and availability play an important role in each listing, allowing buyers to assess a specific property.
- We developed parking listings and waiting lists for people interested in reserved properties. These complement the apartment catalogue and help record interest in options that are currently reserved.
- We created galleries, a construction timeline and a neighbourhood map. Bank offers and investment sections add information for visitors with different purposes.
- We connected customer and investor enquiries to the administration panel. Email notifications and status handling through Telegram support the team's work with incoming enquiries.
- We provided content and property data management, along with user roles. Technical SEO foundations also help structure the website's information for search engines.
- Technologies: Vue, Vite, Laravel, PostgreSQL
Result
Piekrasta Rezidence gained a shared environment for presenting the residential development and organising sales work. Buyers can explore the wider project, view the apartments on offer, compare properties and register interest in a suitable option.
The sales team can manage content, prices, availability statuses and enquiries. This connects what people see on the public website with the company's daily work. The design's value lies in maintaining a consistent identity for the development even in sections where visitors need detailed data and a specific next action.
