modular housing

Zogal House

We designed the Zogal House website as a path from initial interest in a modular home to a considered choice of specification. The project combines the company presentation, a house catalogue, a configurator and an administration panel. In the design, we sought a calm balance: giving house images enough space while making finishes, equipment and pricing understandable. The customer's choices become a saved configuration and a PDF summary that the company team can use to continue the conversation.

The brief

Choosing a modular home begins with imagining life there, but continues with many practical questions. Which model is suitable? What finishes and equipment will be needed? How will the choices affect the price? For Zogal House, the website needed to help visitors move from visual interest to a specific enquiry the company could understand.

We developed a multilingual website that combines the company, manufacturing and completed project presentations with a house catalogue and configurator. Visitors can explore the offering and begin choosing their home's specification in the same environment. The brief was to organise this information so detailed options would not overwhelm the first impression, and the visual presentation would not obscure essential questions.

The other perspective was the company team's work. An enquiry is more useful when it preserves the customer's choices instead of recording only a general interest in a house. Alongside the public website, we therefore developed saved configurations, summaries, notifications and an administration panel for managing content and offering data.

What we delivered

In the design, we sought a balance between the visual presentation of the homes and the information needed to make a decision. Larger images help convey a home's character and scale, while the text needs to explain the offering. The website's greenish accent, dark elements and light background form a shared visual language across sections. We wanted the company presentation and the practical selection tool to feel like one experience.

Clarity of choices is particularly important in the configurator. Finishes, equipment and additional services all affect what the customer wants to receive, so the price calculation must reflect the chosen specification. Our aim was to let visitors refine their preferences while maintaining a sense of the overall offering. Here, design needs to help people find their way even as the amount of information grows.

We also considered what happens after the website visit. A house is rarely chosen in one short conversation, and customers may need to return to a prepared option. The PDF summary and notifications allow the customer and the company to refer to a specific configuration. This helps them continue discussing the selected solutions and clarify the next questions.

  • We developed the website design and content structure for the company's services, manufacturing, completed projects and news. These sections provide context before choosing a specific home.
  • We created a house model catalogue and configurator. Customers can choose finishes, equipment and additional services, while the price calculation connects those choices with the cost of the specification.
  • We implemented saved configurations and PDF summary generation. Email notifications to the customer and company team pass on the information needed for further communication.
  • We developed contact forms with attachments and an administration panel. The team can manage website content and configurator data in one environment built for the company.
  • We implemented multilingual content, localised URLs, search metadata and a sitemap. This provides a structured way to present the offering to audiences in different languages.

Result

The Zogal House website connects inspiration with practical choice. Visitors can learn about the company and its homes, prepare a configuration and receive a summary. A website visit can then lead to a specific conversation about the selected model and specification.

The company team receives a structured enquiry containing the customer's choices and can manage offering data in the administration panel. This connection is the core of the project: a visually convincing presentation introduces the homes, while the configurator and management tools enable the team to take that interest further. The balance we sought was to keep an extensive offering understandable and the experience of choosing a home calm and sequential.
